Group is the anchor service for anger work — but not every adult walks in ready for a room. We work with where you are. Many clients combine two or three of these.

Group Therapy
Eight to ten adults. Weekly, ninety minutes. Cohort-based. Where the skills get rehearsed in a room of people working on the same thing.

Individual Therapy
Weekly fifty-minute sessions. Often combined with group, sometimes on its own. CBT, ACT, IFS — whatever fits the work.

Couples Counseling
For partners caught in the same loop. Gottman-method-informed. Often runs alongside one partner's anger work.

Family Therapy
When the anger lives in the household, the household is part of the work. Adult-family-of-origin and parent-adult-child sessions both available.

For when weekly isn't enough. Three sessions a week, daytime or evening, for adults who need a deeper structure.
